Before so doing we would normally supply you with basic Credit Reference data, to enable assessment of the status of your opponent to be established, and an appraisal of the debt being actually recoverable/enforced, if your claim through the courts, is successful.

We believe you will find their current rates are realistic and compare favourably with other firms. They will advise you on the merits of your claim being successfully litigated. Funds on account of costs may be required, or if offered at a fixed amount; or sum not exceeding a specific all-inclusive sum, full advance payment, may be required.

Once Judgement is secured, the file would be transferred back to us, to deal with any necessary measures of enforcement, upon the same terms agreed at the outset.
